Mechs 2.0
Mo and I took a second bash at creating even bigger and better mechs.
Once again, using various model kits from tanks, to planes, to motorcycles and ships, we managed to bash all the pieces together to create an orginal design.
Taking it a step further, we shopped them into moody backgrounds to bring them to life... Hope you enjoy :)
Mo also did a super cool mech along with mine... here are some sneak peaks into the awesomeness he created. If you'd like to see more of it (including his photoshopped images), you can see them here.
If you'd like to see more, both these mechs are also featured on the site Nuthin' but Mech. And if you'd like to see ALL the photos not featured on the site for more detail, you can see them here.
Thanks for checking this out! :)

Cute Mechs
Experimenting with the design of cute character mechs. So far we've gone from soldiers, to big war mechs, cyborgs... and now for something new :)
I will add more as I come up with some more ideas!

Designing Barbie Mechs
Welcome to the sketching section of my blog!
There is nothing to see here in terms of final drawings, but I've taken screen caps of some of the sketches I've done in my spare time, done with ink and pens.
In this series, in the spirit of the kitbashing we have been doing (you can see the final versions of them in the kitbashing section of the blog), we've decided to create cyborgs for our next upcoming project - part human, part mech.
I have been experiementing with designs for this one. Here's a peek into the craziness I managed to come up with so far :)
I'll probably add more as I come up with new ideas...

NekNomination in Middle Earth
I'm not sure if everyone has been aware of the latest neknomination craze going around the world these days. An internet drinking game where people challenge each other to crazy feats while chugging down alcohol.
Mo and I thought this was a silly game... we were never interested in being part of it. But one day one of my friends had me nominated. Thinking of an excuse not to do it, Mo came up with a better idea. "What if something crazy happened in the video that you weren't able to nominate any more people? We could do something fun".
This idea I was more interested in. We set off to do a neknomination with a twist...

Taking on Bangkok
I absolutely loved the picture of Mo in this pose. It had story.
His dad said he was ready to take on the Bankok protestors... I thought this would be great to draw :)
